Terms of Service

For the teaching and learning sessions to be smooth and effective, both tutors and tutorees must come prepared.

Please find a quiet background (white background on each end) away from any distractions and noise. The sessions will last for at least an hour, depending on how many hours you’ve booked. In addition, each session will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Parents, please feel free to leave a review after your session with your tutor.

Enriched Learning will not tolerate any form of discrimination, racism or disrespect from either tutors, tutorees or parents. If you’re deemed to be displaying any of these behaviour, your membership will be reviewed and possibly terminated.

The company expects professionalism from tutors at all time. Parents and tutorees are expected to be respectful in all circumstances.
